Feet are as unique as fingerprints! While research shows interesting patterns based on millions of scans worldwide, these facts simply highlight the diversity of human feet and remind us that every foot is wonderfully unique.
Men’s feet are wider than women’s and have a higher instep.
People with shorter feet generally have wider feet than those with longer feet.
Women have shorter feet than men.
Asians have shorter feet than people from North America and the EU, for both sexes.
Men and women from Asia have significantly wider feet than people from the EU and North America.

To measure your foot length accurately:
Stand on a piece of paper with your foot flat.
Take a foot tracing using a thin, sharp pencil held vertically. You can ask someone else to help you with the tracing.
Measure the longest part of your foot (from heel to toe) as shown in the photo on the right.
